This website is operated by The Funding Network Ltd, trading as FundingNetwork, registered in England & Wales. By using the site you accept these terms.

Nature of our service

We are a development finance intermediary. We search the lender market and introduce your requirement to funders including senior lenders, stretch senior and mezzanine providers, private banks and private investors.

We do not lend. Any facility is provided by the funder under its own documentation, and is subject to that funder's underwriting, valuation, legal due diligence and credit approval.

Leverage figures, rates, fees, timescales and structures shown on this site or provided in response to an enquiry are indicative only and based on current market conditions and the information you give us. They do not constitute an offer of finance, a commitment to lend, or advice on the merits of a particular scheme or investment.

Regulated activity

Development finance for business purposes is generally unregulated lending. Where a requirement involves a regulated activity, we will tell you and will only proceed with an appropriately authorised party. Nothing on this site should be read as regulated financial advice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit, including costs, values, planning status and your own experience and financial position. Funders rely on this information, and material inaccuracies can cause an application to fail.

You should take your own independent legal, tax and professional advice before entering into any facility.

Fees

Where a fee is payable to us, it will be set out in writing before we submit your requirement to any funder. We do not charge for an initial market search or an indicative response.
